Tell us about your dream wedding!

Planning a wedding can be fun and daunting.  It is always nice to have someone to ask questions of who won't be at that next family gathering.  As a Coppergate Ranch Bride, your wishes are our priority.   We aren't the normal, unlock the venue and disappear proprietors, we can help out as much as you need...or don't need.  Just communicate so we can make sure YOU have the best day of your life...so far!!  

Sitting on over 50 acres of East Texas woodlands the possibilities are endless.   Country, Boho, Enchanted Forrest, Fall, Spring, Summer and Winter themes are all possible.  Given the time and budget we can build you something that is uniquely you.  Have the ceremony outside and the reception inside or in a tented location.

Our chef's or yours?  Our venue has a full kitchen with ovens, stoves, ice maker, refrigerators, dishwashers and even a warming cabinet to keep hot foods hot.  We do allow outside and family caterers with some guidelines.

Many ask "How much for catering?"  that depends entirely on what you would like to serve and how far out your wedding is.  Unfortunately, it is difficult to determine how much food will cost in a year but lets have a conversation and see if we can make it work for you.

Many Wedding venues are only rented for the day.  Weddings are stressful enough without having to set up, have the event and clean up all in a few hours.   So unless we have an event booked the day before or after, a few hours can be arranged for setup and cleanup.
